The stone in the center is cut like a starburst, and it's black, but shines a galaxy of colors when looked at in the light. The craftsmanship is absolutely unparalleled and can only really have come from the dwarves in Svartalfheim.

[So he's been ordered, so he'll do. He's here to bring a gift to Sigyn's shrine, to avoid being dismembered over and over again when he reaches level three healing. It seems like a fair trade, right?

Except that he can never be entirely respectful, especially not to one of the gods. So within an elaborate hurricane lamp, a blood-red pillar candle stands lit and protected against the breeze. Thick block letters have been carved into the candle and filled with white wax so that they'll stand out: they read, of course, PYRO.

He's given his gift and sent a message. She can respond if she likes; all that matters is that Fenrir knows about it and calls off his threat.]

Hello Mrs. Sigyn,

I'm contacting all the gods because I had an idea. You see, I was thinking that, what if we had a council of sorts with the gods and the travellers all in one place. That's the most important part, the gods being there. Which is why I'm contacting you, you see. It wouldn't do very well to bring the idea about when the gods want nothing of it.

[Ayumu didn't have much to offer, but he didn't have a great deal of time either, with yesterday's announcement of battle to commence. Still, he'd tried to do this properly. He had gotten up early to make his offering, fresh autumn apples and carefully made, delicately flakey crust going into the small tarts left on a plate on Sigyn's altar. As new as he was, this was the best he could do at the moment. At the very least, the tarts had been made with a keen eye for flavor and texture, but he wasn't even sure a goddess would want baked goods.

But he needed to know what would become of Eyes if he fought. He needed to know if there was a way, anyway, to be sure.... For Eyes' sake and the sake of others.]

I know it's not much of an offering, but I have questions of some urgency I need to ask you.

[He hoped this worked..... Eyes had said prayers and offerings at the altar would be answered, but would questions?]
