Well, it's about ours powers, the ones you give us here.

There was an increase in our powers recently...a few of us were just wondering if it could happen again.

[asgardsheart]

[ she hums, shakes her head. ]

That was because of Freyr's return, Merlin; I do not expect it can happen again. The resurrection allowed so much but I dare guess both of us do not want to go through the death of a God's body again.

[dragonspeak]

Yeah...we'd guessed as much. It's been a while since any of us felt more than two increases in our power, can't blame us for wondering, right?

Is Freyr--and Freya, too--are they all right?

As well as can be expected, given everything that has happened. How did you find your journey? You have traveled outside the city, yes?

It was erm...a lot more eventful than we thought it would be.

I don't understand...if the Dwarves can use runes as well, why don't they work outside of the city?

[ as for the Dwarves, she shakes her head. ]

It is different. They appear the same but the power that manifests them is not the same one. How did you like thee Dwarves?

[There's a flash of discomfort on his face, but it's gone before she can get a good look at it.]

They're really skilled in their craft. A bit gruff, but they were friendly enough once you started talking to them.

So...the runes are different in every city?

[asgardsheart]

They are. The runes of Asgard are different than the runes of the Dwarves, that is why they don't work.

[dragonspeak]

Do you think we could learn theirs, too? You know, in case...we need them again?

[A wince.]

I am rather certain it would prove to be quite a challenge but the Travelers have proved themselves to be quite capable in the past! perhaps you can try.

I suppose the only way to find out is by going there again.
